The Brief

In 2023, the DiamondAir team approached us to spearhead and create their ‘by Air’ travel PPC campaigns. Despite providing luxury transportation and VIP airport services connecting travellers right from their doorstep all the way to aircraft boarding, their online presence was in need of growth in a competitive travel services market.

The company was losing potential clients to established airport service providers and luxury transportation companies that dominated search results for key aviation concierge terms. Their business model, serving high-net-worth clients, corporate executives, and VIP travelers, required a sophisticated approach to reach clients who demand easy, premium travel experiences.

How we did it

We developed a comprehensive aviation marketing strategy specifically designed for the luxury travel concierge market, emphasising convenience, exclusivity, and seamless service delivery. As the client operates across Europe, Americas, APAC and Africa, the launch of their ads was intently focused on covering these major travel markets. 

Our approach focused on high-intent keywords combining common travel and concierge service keywords and location-specific search terms ’.

We crafted ads specifically highlighting DiamondAir’s end-to-end service promise that emphasised unique value propositions, such as being a “Private & Discreet Service” and “Bespoke Concierge.” These are then sent to targeted landing pages showcasing their comprehensive service offerings, from luxury ground transportation and baggage handling to VIP lounge access and boarding assistance.

We also implemented precise demographic targeting for travellers that matched their target audience demographic and users searching for premium travel services. Understanding that concierge bookings often happen close to travel dates, we implemented strategic day-parting and seasonal adjustments. Budget allocation focused on peak travel periods and business hours when corporate travel assistants and high-net-worth individuals typically arrange premium services.

DiamondAir now ranks in top positions for 85% of their target concierge and VIP travel keywords, helping them further establish themselves as a dependable premium airport service provider in their operating regions. This campaign proved that luxury service businesses can achieve exceptional travel marketing performance through precise audience targeting and service-focused messaging. 

By positioning DiamondAir as the seamless VIP solution between ground transportation and air travel, we successfully differentiated them in a crowded market while maintaining premium pricing and attracting their ideal clientele.
