Providers of online training for medical professionals, Health Professional Academy run an array of online courses aimed at improving knowledge in the ever changing healthcare environment. Each of their courses offers professionals the chance to earn CPE and CPD points, ultimately developing skills to help better care for patients. They also provide the latest news updates from within the pharmacy industry.

The Brief

Looking to increase awareness for their Pharmacy Academy, Health Professional Academy asked us to design and manage both paid and organic social media campaigns. These were to be optimised for increasing prominence within the sector and encouraging sign-ups for their online courses.

Outlining an overarching strategy for the Health Professional Academy team was the crucial place to start, as to outline a new approach for the organisation. This included setting up a Twitter account for the organisation.

How we did it

By establishing a brand tone of voice for social, including engaging copy and eye-catching imagery, we created a series of highly-targeted, results-driven campaigns across Facebook Advertising and Twitter Ads. We ensured that the campaigns were focused on the right audience for a higher response rate, leading to an increase in conversions.

From an organic standpoint, we worked closely with the Health Professional Academy team to design and implement a variety of content series that would focus on entertaining and educating the follower base. Regular news posts also ensure that Health Professional Academy remains a voice of authority within the field. From this we have seen follower numbers grow, along with post interaction rates.
